LuneBox was born from practice: real problems, projects in motion and people building solutions in the places where they happen. It does not represent a sudden change in direction, but the sum of experiences that began on the streets of Curitiba and gradually opened new paths.
This blog records that journey. Here we will share lessons, decisions, references and behind-the-scenes stories related to tourism, technology, mobility, digital products, governance and creativity.
The beginning on the streets
In 2020, Last Mile Bikers began in Curitiba as a sustainable urban-logistics operation. Its purpose was to work on the last mile with electric cargo bikes, combining operational efficiency, urban mobility and close service for the people who needed the city to work.
It was a field experience: observing routes, dealing with timing, deliveries, client demand and the everyday reality of an urban operation. More than moving products, Last Mile Bikers showed that complex problems can be approached with lighter, more human solutions connected to place.
When operations met technology
In 2021, the operation expanded into food delivery. A proprietary management app was developed to coordinate partner establishments and integrate daily work with the iFood ecosystem.
This stage brought operational practice closer to building digital products. Platforms, systems integration, workflow organization and user experience stopped being merely support tools: they became part of the way new services were operated and imagined.
From mobility to experience
In 2023, the accumulated experience made room for a new front. Charrete Imperial brought storytelling and experiential tourism to the center of the journey, connecting Curitiba, narrative and the creative economy.
The territory came to be understood not only as an area to move through, but as a source of stories, encounters and products. This movement also gave rise to the literary universe of Colina Áurea, which provides a narrative foundation for future experiences and developments.
Guilda de Aventureiros and the platform
In 2024, routes became self-guided through Guilda de Aventureiros and its own app. The tourism experience began to combine software, UX, gamification and scale, allowing more people to explore the city through a digital journey.
Lessons from the streets, logistics and systems building found a direct application in tourism. Technology started to expand the experience without separating it from where it happens: the territory, its stories and the people who live there.
Innovation through networks
In 2025, Guilda expanded its work within Curitiba’s Smart Tourism Destination ecosystem. A new app version, preparation for internationalization in eight languages and participation in governance initiatives marked a period of consolidation.
This period reinforced a conviction: more relevant projects are not built in isolation. They depend on networks, collaboration, data, local context and a willingness to turn knowledge into shareable solutions.
LuneBox today
In 2026, LuneBox emerged as the natural gathering point of this trajectory. It is a home for independent yet complementary projects in TurisTech, GovTech, sustainable mobility, Game Design, software development and open innovation.
What began with cargo bikes and a last-mile operation became an ecosystem connecting product, technology, creativity and place. LuneBox gives this repertoire a shared identity and creates conditions for new ideas to find shape, partners and continuity.
This is the starting point of the blog. The intention is to turn accumulated experience into useful knowledge for those who follow, collaborate or want to build alongside us.
