What Guilda de Aventureiros took from Sebrae PR's Acelera Validação

Guilda de Aventureiros' participation in Acelera Validação brought direction for turning a tourism experience into a simpler, more focused and scalable digital product.

Between May and July 2026, Guilda de Aventureiros took part in Acelera Validação Sebrae PR. The journey helped name, methodize and direct a transformation already under way: stop seeing Guilda only as a tourism experience and start treating it as a digital startup, with a product, hypotheses, audience, channels and a need to scale.

The program did not deliver a ready-made formula. Its main result was more concrete: it helped the team decide what needs to be simple now so the project can grow later.

A structural change before acceleration

Guilda de Aventureiros did not begin as an isolated digital product. Its origin lies in creating in-person experiences and in the Charrete Imperial journey, which served the public directly through experiential tourism.

Between 2025 and early 2026, that foundation underwent a deep structural change. Guilda began reorganizing itself as a fully digital and scalable solution, while GovTech products emerged and LuneBox started to bring together different fronts of work.

Before Acelera Validação, there was product experience but little direction for this new stage. The team had taken part in Sebrae’s Jornada do Produto de Experiência in 2023, 2024 and 2025 — an important trail for shaping experiences. But the 2026 challenge was different: structuring a startup, validating a digital product and building a path to growth.

From experience to digital product

This shift changed Guilda’s core question. It was no longer enough to ask how to create an interesting experience in Curitiba. The project needed to define who it existed for, which problem it solved first, how it reached its audience, what could be validated now and what should wait.

During Acelera Validação, Guilda worked on value proposition, audience interviews, competitor mapping, solution architecture, business model, pricing, MVP, acquisition and sales engine.

The process organized a more objective view of the solution: a self-guided urban-tourism platform with routes, visual storytelling, missions and a digital experience that makes discovering Curitiba more participatory.

Clarity came through accumulation

There was no single magic turning point. The realization that the product needed more focus formed gradually through exercises, cases and conversations during the program.

Examples of startups that had faced similar challenges were especially useful, as were cases supported by Evolve MVP, the company of the program mentor, Welliton Oliveira. They helped turn an existing feeling in the team into a product decision: Guilda was trying to do too many things at once.

At a time when people’s attention is increasingly contested, an overly broad proposal becomes hard to explain, test and sell. The answer is not to abandon the long-term vision. It is to choose a first delivery that is easy to understand and has clear value for the people who use it.

“Keep it simple and sell it; do not wait for it to be perfect.”

Focus as a strategic decision

Guilda’s next cycle is about stripping back the delivery. That means prioritizing a simpler, more direct and more testable product before expanding features, experience formats or audiences.

In practice, this decision guides questions that need evidence:

  • What is the first use case Guilda solves very well?
  • For which audience is this proposition clearest right now?
  • What makes someone try, complete and recommend an adventure?
  • Which signals show a genuine willingness to pay and return?

This lesson also runs through LuneBox. Every product in the ecosystem must start from a clearly defined problem, an objective first delivery and a realistic way to learn from the people who use it. The vision may be broad; the entry point needs to be precise.

Connections that continue after the program

An acceleration program is also made of encounters. Alongside Welliton Oliveira’s mentoring, Guilda connected with Maria Cristina from FitMove+. The conversation has already unfolded into a Twitch livestream: Leandro presented the journey from Charrete Imperial to LuneBox, while Maria introduced FitMove+, an app that also uses gamification as its foundation and rewards cyclists with points accumulated by kilometers ridden. The exchange opened the way for a future podcast appearance.

These connections matter because they make the process less abstract. They allow people testing products, facing constraints and turning hypotheses into businesses to exchange lessons.

A clearer starting point

Participating in Acelera Validação does not end the construction of Guilda de Aventureiros. It makes the next stage clearer.

Guilda leaves the program with a simple direction: start with the essential, sell before seeking perfection and build scale from evidence. For a digital urban-tourism startup, this may be the most consistent way to turn a good idea into a product that people understand, use and recommend.
